Jordana Brewster was also present during the private affair
If there’s anything the Fast & Furious franchise has taught us, it’s that family is important. The late Paul Walker’s daughter, Meadow Walker, received support from her father’s co-stars Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster at her wedding.
The 22-year-old model announced on Friday, October 22, that she has wed her partner Louis Thornton-Allan. “We’re married!!!” she captioned the wedding video on Instagram.
The video
Meadow, 22, is the founder of the Paul Walker, which helps support future leaders in marine science and oceanography in the fight to protect oceans, wildlife and the planet. It also provides grants and scholarships to selected students and researchers who work in the above-mentioned fields.
In the montage, we can see Meadow hugging Brewster as she took her bride’s gown and veil. She was also seen chatting with her godfather Diesel. Diesel, 54, later stood by a vintage car while the newlyweds sat inside. She later uploaded a photo of Diesel walking her down the aisle, in place of her late father.
Meadow first revealed her engagement when she showed off a diamond ring in an Instagram video in August. She also shared a photo of herself and Thornton-Allan wearing matching wedding bands on October 11.
Staying close to the Fast & Furious family
Meadow had stayed close to Walkers Fast & Furious co-stars throughout the years. Walker died in a car accident in November 2013 at age 40. Meadow was 15 at the time, and was shared between Walker and ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros.
Paul last appeared in 2015’s Furious 7, and died while the movie was not done filming. He, along with Diesel and Brewster are best known for the multi-billion dollar earning franchise.
