After hearing the news, Pokémon enthusiasts started speculating what the big reveals will be. Most previously-announced anime and games have come out, so this can be something new. But there are some new games that are yet to reveal a sneak peek. This includes a sequel to the 3DS adventure title Detective Pikachu. There is also the ninth generation of the core Pokémon series, that comes after 2019’s Sword and Shield.

During the franchise’s 25th anniversary last year, they made many new announcements. This included the remaster of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and a new version of Pokémon Legends: ArceusArceus came out just a month ago, and was a major success.
