Jurassic World Dominion: The 5-Minute Prologue Reflects on Someone New!

A sneak peak into what’s in store for us next year

A new promotional clip for Jurassic World Dominion was released by Universal, and a lot of dinosaurs can be seen. However, do note that the prologue will not be a part of the theatrical version of Jurassic World Dominion. However, it does give us an idea on what the movie will be like when it hits theatres next year.

Jurassic World Dominion’s prologue

Jurassic World: Dominion
Universal

For the first time ever, a Jurassic movie has gone back 65 million years, when these mighty creatures roamed the Earth. We see a moment of tranquillity, where dinosaurs of all shapes and sizes co-existing as they drink from lakes, and eat fish and leaves. Then we move on to a different kind, stealing eggs from a nest. Then we move on to the carnivorous species, who fight for dominance.

For the first time, we see a Gigantosaurus, a beefed-up and extra scaly version of the T-Rex facing off against a T-Rex. The T-Rex is overpowered and killed in no time. A mosquito is seen sucking its blood and flying off, giving a nod to the crystallized version of the insect we saw in the first movie by Steven Spielberg.

We are then taken to the present day, where a helicopter is chasing an escaped T-Rex. It heads to a drive-in theatre, causing chaos. The helicopter pops up again, and chases it back into the woods.
