The hit series “The Sandman” on Netflix renewed for Season 2

The Sandman, the live-action adaption of the hit comic book series by Neil Gaiman, where season one ended with Lucifer vowing to have his revenge on Dream, which is a pretty strong storyline to continue forward.

This brings us to the main part of this news (drum rolls), Netflix has officially announced that it is picking up Gaiman’s graphic novel, The Sandman series which will be returned as they have finally renewed the highly-rated OTT series.

Official Announcement and What lays ahead

On Nov 3, The Official social media handles of THE SANDMAN spread out the message that the rumors are true and it is finally confirmed that due to high demand and top hit on this mystical dreamland, season 2 will be in the making soon and we can hope that it may possibly soon be released in the nearest future.

By “Neil Himself”, it is stated that their various stories are in pending to get on with for Morpheus and the other characters. “There’s a family meal ahead, after all”, says Gaiman (no spoilers) which we all cannot wait to see how it goes. AND YES, obviously, Lucifer is waiting for Morpheus to return to Hell.

Furthermore, the official Sandman page from Instagram also posted recently that they will be working on the project and bringing The Sandman stories to life.
