SHOCKING! Lana Condor and Noah Centineo’s Onscreen Relationship Affected Their Real-Life Relationships. But How?

Lana and Noah detail out how their onscreen romance impacted their real-life romance with their partners.

‘To All The Boys: PS: I Still Love You’ is only a few days away from its worldwide premiere on the streaming giant. The first chapter of American teen romance trilogy was an instant hit among the youth and teenagers when it premiered in 2018. People were in love with Peter and Lara and in awe of Noah and Lana’s chemistry.

Naturally, the adoration for on-screen chemistry shifted to off-screen and transformed into the desire of seeing their two favourites who share such explosive chemistry together as a real-life couple. Going by their camaraderie and comfort, people started assuming their togetherness and none of the two did anything to stop the speculations or make people think otherwise.

In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, Lana Condor unveiled the fact that it was deliberate on their part for publicity.

When the news of Lana’s boyfriend, Anthony De La Torre, came out, it upset fans as they had already weaved dreams for their favourite couple which got shattered. But it was Anthony who had to bear the brunt as he received a lot of bashing and negativity on his social media.

Realizing, Lana said that she wasn’t too open about her relationship with Anthony and it backfired. Labeling the negative comments hurtful, she said, “I realized as much as I can show my love and my friendship to Noah… I can’t be that private with Anthony.”

This was the impact on real-life, but there were bound to have some effects on the onscreen relationship between Lara and Peter, too.

Getting chatty with E! News, Lana spilled the beans about the impact on her on-screen romance. Thanking her stars to have found a supporting partner, Lana said that she is very fortunate to find someone who is so incredibly loving and loves her for all of her mistakes and all of the things that she believes are ugly about herself, and that’s what she thinks she brought that into the movie, particularly with Peter.

“He is flawed,” she continued, “and that’s important for us to show but to still love someone even if they’re flawed.”

Noah, who is dating 22-year-old model Alexis Ren, spoke about the similarities between Peter and himself as a partner. He said that Peter is very good at sticking it out, and that’s what he learned from him. Peter and Lara broke up in the past but they got back together and he’s a monogamist, which Noah thinks is so fantastic. He finds Peter’s respect and so much love towards Lara beautiful and how he’s always there with Lara Jean at all times.

The second chapter of the trilogy ‘To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You’ starring Lana Condor, Noah Centineo and Jordan Fisher premiers on February 12th on Netflix.
