Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens had an epic reunion at the Screen Actors Guild Awards 2022. And the Internet is going crazy over it as the moment was like an instant hit of nostalgia.
And apart from their reunion, another factor which stole the show was their outfits. While Selena chose a stunning black Oscar de la Renta velvet dress, Hudgens donned a silky aqua green Atelier Versace gown.
Gomez and Hudgens set the benchmark for bestie goals
There’s nothing cuter than two friends who go back to several years before. Selena and Vanessa were the perfect definiotion for childhood Disney stars who turned into longterm besties.
The fans are remembering the days when Selena starred in Disney show Wizard’s of Waverly Place. On the other hand, Hudgens starred as Gabriella Mortez in the High School Musical. Those were indeed simpler times.
However, we saw the duo come together in the movie Spring Breakers in 2012. Apart from them, sources spotted them enjoying some retail therapy in Paris. We also them opening up about giving each other advice and even helping each other avoid awkward ex meetups.
The Princess Switch actress helped Selena at the 2015 Met Gala when the Rare artist had to confront ex Justin Bieber. Hudgens spoke up about this incident to host Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live. She said that Selena is one of her best friends and one just wants to have their girlfriend’s back.
