EX WWE Star ‘John Cena’ To Get Star In “Freelance”, A Action Comedy Film

Cena is currently negotiating things with Pierre Morel who will direct an upcoming action comedy film, “Freelance”. John Cena who is known for his work in The Fast Saga and The Suicide Squad, might get to work with Pierre Morel. John Cena is all set to appear in Fast and Furious but will also appear in Hulu’s Vacation Friends. Therefore, he has been a very busy man lately. Moreover, a sort of spin-off of Suicide Squad will also land in January which again features John Cena. 

Pierre Morel is also a very talented director and cinematographer. He is known for his work in District 13, From Paris With Love and Taken. As “Freelance” is his film, fans and critics have all eyes on this project. Read below to know more about the movie “Freelance”.

John Cena to appear in Morel’s “Freelance”

The budget of the movie might go up as high as $40 million. Its production will start from next year in Colombia. Moreover, Jacob Lentz who is famous for Jimmy Kimmel Live! will make his writing debut in the film. However, the other casting apart from John is still in process. The release date of the movie is still not revealed.

Synopsis

The film is set to revolve around a special forces operator. The role of the forces operator is portrayed by Cena. He decides to retire from the army and plans to say with his family back in the states. However, he is trapped in heavy mortgage payments and other monetary payments. Later, he decides to protect a female journalist as she interviews a bad moral director.
