CBS’ FBI: Most Wanted casts Dylan McDermott as New Lead

Dylan McDermott is starting his journey as lead in the series ‘FBI: Most Wanted’ with his debut in April 2022’s Episode 17 . He will take the platform of the ongoing third season instead of Julian McMahon. McMahon decide to exit the show on March 8 nearly after three seasons.

Dylan McDermott replaced Julian McMahon

Only after two days of Julian McMahon’s announcement to depart Dick Wolf-produced ‘FBI: Most Wanted’, the production conformed a new lead. ‘Law & Order: Organized Crime’ of NBC series famed Dylan McDermott is all set to take the hot-seat to give a new angle to the story as lead.

According to Deadline, McDermott will make his first appearance in Episode 17 of the under way third season of the show which will be airing in April.

New story with New lead

‘FBI: Most Wanted’ is expected to unfold new colours with interesting twists and turns. Most probably McDermott is portrayed as a new character in the story. As the protagonist of the show he will unwrap a new phase and lead the story to a new destination. However, the storyline of the show is still under cover.

Notable personalities like Dick Wolf, Todd Arnow, Peter Jankowski, Arthur W Forney and David Hudgins will executively produce the show ‘FBI: Most Wanted’.

McMahon’s Heart- wrenching Announcement

McMahon stated that over few months that he was discussing his departure with the producers. He further highlighted that this will bring creative as well as new angle to the show. He also added playing the role of agent Jess LaCroix was a best experience.

Lastly, he thanked crew and cast; wished more success of the show. Producer Wolf was heartbroken with McMahon’s decision and said him as the key of show’s success. He too wished McMahon a best future ahead.
