Castlevania is one of the most liked animated series on Netflix which is based on the video game of the same name. The series follows a brave trio, who is trying to protect the nation from the famous vampire Dracula.
The series, which premiered in 2017, was at first supposed to be a film. The third season of the series was given the green signal by Netflix. It was released on the 5th of March.
WHEN WILL SEASON 4 BE RELEASED?
Just after three weeks of wait, on March 5th, the third season of Castlevania was released. Netflix has officially announced the renewal of Castlevania for next season. By analyzing the release schedule of the previous seasons, it approximately took 17 months, by Netflix to produce a new chapter.
It would be unwise to expect season 4 of Castlevania, before July of 2021. On the bright side, the show’s executive producers and creator, Adi Shankar is already working on three new anime series. Also, set in the bootleg multiverse with the working titles ‘Devil May Cry’, ‘Assassin’s Creed’, and ‘Hyper Light Drifter’. All three are also based on Japanese video games of the same names, just like Castlevania.
WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM CASTLEVANIA S4?
There will definitely be enough of demon-fighting and bloodshed for Trevor and Sipho. As for Alucard, he is never going to be as he was after being betrayed by his own protegees. There is no fixed script or manga to follow.
The chemistry between Hector and Lenore is one thing audiences really enjoyed watching. Hence, many fans want to see Hector and Lenore’s relationship developing more. Creators can end the season on that note too. What else can be better than a romantic, cheesy climax!
